Puistake segu nõusse, lisage 110 g taimeõli või margariini (margariin peab olema soe ja pehme ning 72-80% rasvasisaldusega) ning 150 ml vett. Segage ühtlase konsistentsiga taignaks ja laske sellel 10-15 minutit seista. Taignale võib lisada kuivatatud puuvilju ja pähkleid. Küpsetage rasvaga määritud vormis 40-45 minutit temperatuuril 180 kraadi.
