Pannil küpsetamine: Kuumuta pann ja lisa õli. Aseta kanafileerull küpsema nii, et peekoni liitekohad jääks allapoole. See väldib peekoni maha kerimist liha pealt. Keera rulle pidevalt, et nad küpseks ühtlaselt. Võib ka lisada kaane peale kiirendab küpsemise aega. Valmimine 15-25min.
Ahjus küpsetamine: Kuumuta ahi 220kraadi ja aseta kanafileerullid ahju 25-30min.
Grillil: Aja grill kuumaks 230-270kraadi ja aseta liha küpsema grillile. Peekoni liitekoht jäta esimesel korral alla, et peekon maha ei keriks. Küpseta liha igalt küljelt kuldpruuniks. 12-15min.
