Keeda värske joogivesi ja jahuta see 40-50 kraadini, vala 2/3 ettevalmistatud veest lutipudelisse. Täida mõõtelusikas pulbriga ja tasanda see kasutades pakendi avas olevat serva. Mitte pressida pilbrit mõõtelusikasse. Vala vajalik kogus pulbrit pudelisse. Sulge pudel ja loksuta. Lisa ülejäänud vesi ja loksuta uuesti mõned korrad. Jahuta joomistemperatuurini (u. 37Kraadi). Kontrolli temperatuuri. Avatud pakend sulgeda hoolikalt peale kasutamist. Säilitada kuivas kohas toatemperatuuril ja kasutada ära 3 nädala jooksul.
