Nebbiolo on Piemonte piirkonnale ainuomane punane viinamari. See sort annab maitseküllase veini, mis on tihedalt täis pakitud marju, taustaks ergas hape ja tanniin. Noorena on vein mõnevõrra rahutu ja nurgeline, vanusega aga settivad kõik maitsed kenasti tasakaalu. Ricossa teeb väga hea hinnaga Barbarescot. Vein on veetnud aasta tammevaadis ja aasta pudelis. Veinis on esil Nebbiolole omased kuivatatud punased marjad, mineraalsus ja seedripuu aroomid. Soovitav on vein paar tundi enne joomist dekanteerida, et aroomid-maitsed avaneksid.
