Aperol on täiuslik aperitiiv Itaaliast. See oranž, unikaalne, mõrkjasmagus jook on valmistatud salajase retsepti järgi, mis on püsinud muutumatuna alates joogi loomisest Itaalias aastal 1919 Barbieri vendade poolt. Aperol baseerub suurepärasel kombinatsioonil ürtidest ja vürtsidest, mille hoolikalt valitud maitsed on omavahel täiuslikult tasakaalustatud.
