Küpseta külmutatud toodet. Pannil: kuumutada praepannil veidi rasvainet ning asetada toode pannile. Küpsetada keskmisel tulel 2-3 minutit, kuni toode on kuldpruun. Aurutatud pelmeenid: pane veidi vett aurutuspotti ja kuumuta vesi keemiseni, lisa pelmeenid ning auruta 6-10 minutit. Fritüürimine: kuumutada õli 160°C. Asetada toode õli sisse ning küpsetada 3 minutit, kuni on kuldpruun.Dim Sum: 7-8 minutit. Praeahi: 200°C juures 15 minutit. Mikrolaineahi: 700W 5-6 minutit.
