täidis 60%: kanaliha 43%, MUNAvalgemass, vesi, juust 13% (sisaldab PIIMA), puravikud 4%, sool, ingver, küüslaugugraanulid. Tainas 40%: NISUjahu, vesi, rapsiõli, sool

Küpseta külmutatud toodet. Pannil: kuumutada praepannil veidi rasvainet ning asetada toode pannile. Küpsetada keskmisel tulel 3-4 minutit, kuni toode on kuldpruun. Aurutatud pelmeenid: pane veidi vett aurutuspotti ja kuumuta vesi keemiseni, lisa pelmeenid ning auruta 6-10 minutit. Fritüürimine: kuumutada õli 170°C. Asetada toode õli sisse ning küpsetada 4 minutit, kuni on kuldpruun. Mikrolaineahi: pane pelmeenid sobivasse nõusse, lisa vett, et pelmeenid oleks kaetud. Küpseta 700W juures umbes 5-6 minutit.
