Taigen on vaja enne kasutamist sulatada. Soovitav sulatusaeg 2 tundi toatemperatuuril. Peale sulatamist vormida taignast soovitud kujuga tooted, asetada küpsetuspaberiga kaetud ahjuplaadile, lasta kerkida ja küpsetada 190 - 200C juures.
