Valmistamine: 1. Pruunistada kergelt 400 g hakkliha. 2. Lisada 7 dl vett, lasta keema ja lisada pidevalt segades paki sisu. 3. Keeta aeg-ajalt segades tasasel tulel 10 min. Enne serveerimist lasta hetke seista. Hakkliha asemel võib kasutada veise-, sea- või kalkuniliha. Liha asemel võib kasutada ka kala, näiteks lõhet või tuunikala. Maitseks võib lisada värsket paprikat, tomatit, sibulat või basiilikut.
